PRICING

10%

For 10% of the property's rent, we will manage the property and care for tenants. This includes us listing the house, paperwork with tenants, collecting rent, answering questions and fielding calls. Each month you will receive an income and expense report.

$30-$50

We will care for any repairs for $30-$50 an hour + supplies. 90% of repairs we do in house which saves you money! (For HVAC replacement, and Sewer line work we hire licensed contractors that we have good relations with.)
